Factory Seconds. These targets are marked down by 20% because they had minor paint chips on the powder coating of the catching trays caused by parts rubbed together during shipping. We have touched up these paint chips to protect them from rusting; while you might notice the touched-ups, these spots do not affect the functionality of the targets.
